TrackIt, a California-based IT company,  debuted CloudWise , a cloud-managed services solution with real-time monitoring, security, and cost optimization to support media and entertainment applications.

 TrackIt is an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Advanced Tier Services partner. 

  • TrackIt claims that CloudWise provides 24/7/365 worldwide support from AWS-certified TrackIt engineers. 
  • CloudWise is said to provide managed services for the following media and entertainment applications: 
    • VOD/OTT Streaming Video
    • Collaborative Post-Production & VFX
    • Camera to Cloud Production Workflows
    • AI/ML Image Processing
    • Interactive Video Streaming & Video Chat
  • According to the company  website , key features of CloudWide include quarterly security reviews, cost management software, a customizable dashboard, programmable alerts, and regular reporting through TrackIt applications.
